I spent several years developing reliable processes that help me create marketing strategies and write copy that engages any audience. I research your ideal prospects and lay out a digital marketing plan that takes them from “I wonder what this company does?” to “I need this in my life, now!” in the span of a few online interactions. 
 
Here’s what to expect if you get in touch:
 

1. Availability and project matching

After you complete the form, we’ll set up a quick chat so I can learn more about your project. We’ll go over your plan, goals, and challenges. I’ll let you know if I’m available and explain how I may be able to help. If we both want to move forward, we’ll schedule another call.
 

2. Project goals

During the second call, we’ll talk about your project goals at length. We may cover your product/service, target audience, primary and secondary objectives, and any questions or concerns you may have.
 
If you like my explanations and we’re both confident that the project we’re developing is going to help you grow your business, I’ll go ahead and draft a proposal.
 

3. Proposal

I’ll draft a proposal that incorporates everything we discussed in our previous conversations. My proposals usually include 3 solutions for you to choose from. Each solution comes with its own success metrics and flat-rate pricing, as well as a timeline until completion.
 
If you decide to go ahead with a solution, I’ll give you a proposal to sign, you’ll pay a 50% deposit and we’re officially working together. *Hurray!*

 

4. Research phase

Mark Twain said “Supposing is good, but finding out is better.” and I wholeheartedly agree. During the research phase, I talk to you and your team, and review your existing messaging, testimonials, customer support transcripts, competition, etc – in short, I research everything that could help me step in the shoes of your target audience.
 
At the end of the research phase, I’ll send you a messaging outline so you’ll get a clear idea of what I’ll be doing in the next step.
 

5. Writing and wireframing

This is when I finally start writing. I use all the available data to draft persuasive copy that speaks directly to your audience. I wireframe the copy so you and your designer know exactly what the page should look like.
 
This is also when I create the other deliverables that may be involved in the project, such as social media ad copy, email copy, meta descriptions, meta titles for SEO purposes, etc.
 

6. Review and revisions

Now it’s time for you and your team to review the copy and give me feedback. We may go back and forth on some things, but this step usually doesn’t take long because you’ll know what to expect by this point. 
 

7. Testing and optimization

I’ll take a quick look at your project right before you launch it, just to make sure that there aren’t any implementation issues that may hurt conversions, such as broken links, font and readability issues, etc.
 

8. Launch and performance tracking

If everything is fine, you launch the project, we track its progress, and we celebrate its success. We may jump on an additional call to review the project’s performance and talk about ways to make it even more effective.
